Cyber Host Pro's Control panel for windows is Helm, this is easy to use and supports Turkish language for our clients. I am also very satisfied with technical response and server performance. Cyberhostpro started not long before I signed up and I assumed the quick response to problems and great reseller packages were simply a ruse, enticing people in before becoming another Fasthosts clone and leaving you to it. But as they've grown, their support hasn't diminished...in fact, it's got better. Every support ticket requested is dealt with within an hour (and most of the time, within 15 minutes!) by knowledgable and helpful staff. They are also continually improving their servers to ensure resellers, like me, can sell on hosting to clients that is stable, fast and secure.

I have occasionally required specific IIS configurations for some domains I manage and they have been more than willing to accommodate this. Over the past years I've been in and out of Web Hosting companies basically because they do not offer me everything or do not offer me what i want. I am a average user and love creating websites based around my own interests i.e., graphic design and animation. I do not have 100% knowledge on programming languages for example PHP and SQL but this is where Cyber Host Pro give their customers that little bit more than any other. The control Panel HELM which is provided with Shared Hosting has a very friendly environment but can do more than you think! After watching Flash video's provided by CHP i now have a near 100% knowledge of the full control panel, there is probably still some tricks in there somewhere! I think that the hard work that the CHP team are putting in is proving to be very good. Every time I log onto the website there is something different going on, the website looks amazing and is easy to navigate even for a basic user looking for a web hosting service to suite their needs. CHP's hosting plans have also expanded massively over the last 2 years, services now including Windows and Linux, both providing shared and reseller account types. CHP now also offer dedicated and VPS servers for bigger users/business users. Cyber Host Pro are a truly out standing company offering everything anyone could ever need! I have purchased all of my domain names via CHP and have also had search engine submissions to boost my website's popularity. I great feature of HELM control panel is that it gives hundreds on different website traffic statistics so you can see who has visited, what time they visited, what page's they accessed etc. They stats can then be printed in a user friendly format for you to take away an analyse.
