Its good to register your domain name with the same company that is doing your website hosting this way you only have a single point of billing for your domain name, however if your domain name was free with hosting, always read the terms & conditions as often your not allowed to move hosting providers in the future if the domain was free or they give you a large penalty fee to move the domain name away.
