Unfortunately we cannot provide tutorials for every single registar, there are hundreds of them, but if a tutorial for your preferred registrar is not available, watching one or two tutorials for other registrar's should point you in the right direction.

Tutorials for Email Clients and SmarterMail

Once an email address is created, rather than use a webmail facility you may want to use the email in your favourite mail client, for example Microsoft Outlook or Thunderbird.
