Over-the-Air Synchronization with BlackBerry and other Mobile Devices

SmarterMail includes the SyncML protocol to achieve over-the-air synchronization of contacts, calendars, tasks, and notes. Users can send and receive email messages directly from their mobile devices. Most devices are supported, including BlackBerry (Curve, 8830, etc.), iPhone, and Windows Mobile devices (Motorola Q, Palm Treo, Samsung BlackJack, etc.).

Mail Server Cluster

clusterOur mail server is a dedicated mail server and it's only task is to ensure that the mail system functions at it's best at all times. We also have three dedicated servers which work with the mail server to scan for spam and viruses. We also have a hot secondary email server ready to automatically spring into action and handle incoming mail when the primary is busy and to take over fully when the primary server is being rebooted.
